DeepDesk Terms of Service
Effective October 9, 2026. These terms govern use of DeepDesk, an internal tool operated by SpendCraft (“SpendCraft”, “we”). Contact: info@spendcraft.com
1. Who may use DeepDesk
DeepDesk is available only to people SpendCraft has invited. It is not a public service. By signing in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove access at any time.
2. Acceptable use
- Send only truthful, relevant business email to business recipients, with an honest sender identity.
- Honor every opt-out request immediately. Do not email anyone who has asked to stop, and do not remove anyone from the suppression list without a documented reason.
- Follow applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM, and the rules of the regions you contact), and the policies of mailbox providers such as Google.
- Do not send misleading claims, purchased or scraped data you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful, harassing or deceptive.
- Do not bypass limits, safety stops or approvals, and do not share your access.
3. Connected mailboxes
You may connect only mailboxes SpendCraft owns or is authorized to use. Connecting a mailbox lets DeepDesk read and send email as that mailbox. You may disconnect it at any time. DeepDesk may pause or stop sending from a mailbox automatically to protect reputation or deliverability.
4. AI features
DeepDesk uses AI to propose copy, classify replies and draft responses. AI output can be wrong. A person is responsible for what is approved and sent.
5. Your content and data
SpendCraft owns the outreach content and contact records in DeepDesk. We process them as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
DeepDesk depends on third-party services (including Google, our mailbox and warm-up providers, and AI providers). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular delivery, reply or sales result.
7. Disclaimer and liability
DeepDesk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpendCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of DeepDesk, and our total liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid to use it.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
